CREATING=COLLECTING+CONNECTING

CREATING=COLLECTING+CONNECTING
Human Design: Timeless Mechanics, Modern Science
For over forty years I searched for the key to creative abundance. I never doubted my own creativity. But I lacked a framework to explain what I had long embodied.

This book is that framework.

Human Design gave it to me: part spiritual, part mystical, part mechanical, and thoroughly practical. It shows how creativity flows through your own configuration, the way an engine runs differently depending on how it is built. Since 1992 I have made Leporellos every day, folding books that hold time, pattern, and the creative process. More than 600 now exist. At some point I realized that this practice had been living the principles of Human Design long before I knew the system at all.

This book brings Human Design together with neuroscience and works its way through Type, Strategy, and Inner Authority. You will understand why certain situations always drained you, and why others, the ones you may have given too little attention, are exactly what your system was built for. Research at Drexel University and in network neuroscience confirms what Human Design has taught for decades: your brain is wired for its own creative process. Working against that wiring costs everything. Working with it changes everything.

The basic formula is simple: Creating = Collecting + Connecting. How you take in raw material and connect it into your own expression is coded into your design.

This is volume one of a trilogy. It lays the foundations: Type, Strategy, and Authority. Written for the creative person who needs to understand the why before they can trust the how.

Stop forcing yourself into someone else’s framework. Start using the system you were actually given.

Through the lens of Type, Strategy, and Authority, you will discover why certain creative approaches drain you while others ignite flow. The formula Creating = Collecting + Connecting offers a practical framework for understanding how your design gathers raw material and synthesizes it into original expression.

Research from Drexel University and network neuroscience validates what Human Design has taught for decades: your brain is wired for a specific creative process. Fighting that wiring exhausts you. Working with it transforms everything.

Stop forcing yourself into frameworks designed for someone else.
