A transit in Human Design refers to the movement of planets and celestial bodies through different areas in a person’s chart, which activate certain energies, themes, or states.
These transitory energies influence our consciousness, our feelings, our behavior, and our experiences within a specific time period. They are comparable to the dynamic influences that shape our daily mood, decisions, and inner processes.
Transits provide insights into when certain energies work more intensely or diminish in their effect, and help us to better respond to the current time or consciously accompany changes.
One can create transit calculations for the entire chart, or as I do here, focus on the Sun.
